I visited this salon on the 24th of December 2013 with the impression that I was going to "professionals"... was I wrong! I was booked with a lady named Arisha. I requested a trim all round and a side fringe after a treatment. She trimmed my hair at the rear and when she reached the front to cut the fringe I had requested, which she also agreed would look good on me, she just ran the scissor down the side of my face, barely cutting anything. she then 'ironed' my hair which I was NOT IMPRESSED by at all, after being told by "SCOTT" (who is the manager) that she is the Creative Director! My hair was still curling by my ears and 'BUFF' all around, it looked shapeless, tired and sooo unprofessional. I told her I was not happy. She asked wat I didnt like about it. I told her the front was not wat I requested and that it was not ironed properly. She got mad at me and started raising her voice at me. I was charged R700 for a job poorly executed. I called Scott the same evening. At the end of our conversation, I was not impressed with his tone, his hasteness to end the call, his lack of compassion.. Not an ounce of courtesy was shared. I felt even worse. I wouldnt recommend this salon:(
