SA Post Office
At the door at 13h00 exactly and no allowed in

I had an important package that I paid overnight delivery with speed services, that I had to pick up today. I got to the post office at exactly 13h00 and the door was already locked. At 13h01 some lady came to open for someone else to get out but wouldn't let me in. There is a handwritten sign on the glass door, that was not there when I went 2days ago. I called into the branch and spoke with Verana Joubert who said she branch manager and wouldn't let me in either, asked how long that sign had been on said 2 days, which is a lie. Why wasn't the sign typed and printed like that for the 30th.??? I want a refund for the courier cost I paid since I have to wait normal postage for my parcel!!!
