Despite Weigh-less confirming in writing that my membership was terminated in October 2010, the debit order continues to be instituted despite 8 formal requests to terminate the debit order on their side. their retort is that it is stopped but I have given them proof that this is incorrect.
There is no single person in the Head Office who can assit me or suggest a way to stop it. they keep asking me for bank statements which I have produced 4 times in the past year already.
No one is able to resolve this apparently simple issue.
