We have had the same issue as you outlined. He does not commit to a time rendering our day wasted

He repaired our AEG washing machine, he had to return up to 5 times to repair after taking immediate payment on first visit, he never forgets that part. Recently it broke again and we chased him over 2 weeks to return to fix the problem. This has to be the worst workman I have ever had to deal with

He replaced the fan in our samsung fridge, it has recently stopped working (true to form) and in last several days, he has promised to come but no response, its been 4 days.

This is his MO, please spread the word and do NOT use Mr Appliance. His name is David and he will frustrate you with his incompetence.
