POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 25/01/2013 I found pieces of plastic shreddings in my EVOX 5XL shake. I called EVOX straight away. at 7:53am. The lady took down my details and was told someone was going to call me back. No-one has called back to this day. My main concern is that EVOX couldn't care less whether their products has harmful things in them. I am actually very disappointed in their customer service and I am changing my nutrition supplier and encouraging people to do the same.
