I have booked and payed for a week security. Dropped the car off and went on honeymoon.
When I arrived back on a wet rainy night I was told that I haven't payed yet. Could'nt get hold of APS offices. So I payed again hoping I could clear this up in the morning and reverse the charges.
For over a month I kept calling APS and received excuses and promises. The last was that they would definitely reverse the charges in a few days. That was 2 weeks ago.
It seems that R515 is just too much for them to give back. Repeatable customers is just not important for this type of company.
I wouldn't suggest such a company to anyone
