Unprofessional and poor service and workmanship

They were contracted to supply and install a swimming pool at my house as well as to pave the area surrounding the pool. Their workmanship was extremely poor and they become aggressive when i complain. They refused to rectify their poor and defective work, despite the fact that i had paid in full. Communication is very poor and i constantly had to phone to find out when they would be coming to my property. Their workers work without supervision and the site manager is nowhere to be seen. They entered my property without my knowledge and consent and demanded return of all their equipment as they were vacating the site. The owner is extreme rude and aggressive when confronted and not interested in assisting me with my complaints. I now have to pay another company to fix this mess.
