BAD SERVICE

I booked and paid for the use of the chapel for the 21st November 2013 @ 8pm.

The day I was shown the venue it was set up and ready for a ceremony that would take place and it was stunning and seemed to be well organised, however this was not the service I received on the day!

I arrived at approximately 7.50pm only to be told that the music has not been arranged, my husband ran around the venue looking for someone to help him, all while I was sitting in the car waiting, while trying not to be seen by him! He was told that the music was not arranged as we had not paid for it?? what? on the quotation it states that extra amount for the music and the extra amount for the flowers, which I paid.

By 8.15 I could finally climb out the car, as someone had arrived to put the music on, PLEASE note that the person who arrived to play a very small piece of music was dressed in shorts and a T shirt? in CLEAR view of the photographer and the video that was being taken, I mean this would maybe have been fine if he was not in view, this is a video and photos that I will have for the rest of my life with the ONLY once in a lifetime special occasion! now I have someone in the video dressed li
