"Tried" to fix my car door with superglue

On Saturday the 7th December I took my car to Fourways Car Security and Sound to install smash and grab. I was greeted by Nick, and I told what I wanted to be done on my car. He took my keys and said that the car will be done in an hour and a half.

I came back to fetch it, I was told that we found things wrong with my car. Shocked (as I didn't know anything was wrong with it) he said that there was quite a big scratch on my rear window, and also that in my drivers door, someone (claiming not to be them) tried to fix a speaker cover with superglue. As my car has been previously owned, i wasn't bothered, and told him to continue with installation.

When the car was finished, I noticed that the superglue marks on my door was VERY noticable. Which led me to the conclusion that something must have happened during istallation that they needed to fix something on my door.

I want them to do a same form that almost ALL companies use BEFORE INSTALLATION, stating scratches and ugly spots, signed by the customer, so that if the car is handed back to the owner, and there is an ugly spot that wasnt on the form, they can inquire WITH PROOF BECAUSE I HAVE NONE, and I KNOW it was them.
