Items stuck in Durmail Hu

I purchased an item from a supplier in Cape Town, which was shipped on Friday 29 November 2013. This item was received by the Durmail hub on Tuesday 3rd December at 10:51 am. Since that time till current - 06 December, the package is still indicated as being in transit.
I phoned the 0860 number and was told the package was in the Redhill post office, which was then denied by the Redhill post office, and was told it was still at Durmail. I have tried twice this morning to call and held on for 11 minutes and 17 minutes respectively, still waiting on hold.
This is unacceptable.
