SA Post Office
Delivery of mails

I have been living in Roodepoort for the past three years and ever since then I have never received my mail on time. The mail is always 2 to 3 months late and some of the mail requires a response within 30 days from when it was sent. I have made calls to the Roodepoort Post Office but have had no assistance to date.

Could someone please assist because I don't understand why mail should reach you 3 months from date of postage!
