Very very upset and let down

Pretty Rampora from Kendis Domestics

Got a lady that had to catch 3 taxies to get to my place I felt it was unfair so I told Pretty about this lady and if she could get another lady closer to my home and she did and she said that she told the lady not to come and she did so I had 2 ladies at my home they were fighting with each other told Pretty to sort it out and one of the ladies walk out with a bag with some of my things as per my lady that works in the main house saw her walk out with a full bag and she is the one letting them in and out while I'm not there...
I am very upset due to the email I got from Pretty.

She wont even pay my fee I paid her for the ladies back and I will not Pay someone that has my thing and eaten my chocolates and and and, this is the email I sent her now.

My Email to Pretty:
HI Pretty,
The fee we paid, please use that money to you the 2 ladies because I will not.

Pretty email to me: That was not part of our agreement and they have worked for u and u have to pay them. If u don't want to pay them its fine then I will advise them to take u to court then u can prove that they did some food from your place. I still have some of ur emails
