Unqualified/ILL mannered insufficient OWNER!!!

Mother daughter thrown from shop in front of clients and staff. Appointments made 2 weeks in advance seeing we drive from Montagu - 200km! morning of appointment receive a call, staff ill, i explain we are already in CT - manager says someone else will do my nails - she will "stand by" seeing that this girl is not trained in sculpting . after 1.5 hours and 3 blubs"on my toes i ask her to call owner - someone else will help me the next day - so i have to sleep over in CT? also owners question..do i only want 2x toenails sculpted helloo, i have 10 x toes? what question is that? as soon as i said THIS infront of her staff and customers i was asked to leave her shop - my daughters nails gel wet, ugly scene; BUT to matter - to the OWNER: u told me its not your fault that i want to drive 200km to come to your "business", u should take a course in business and staff management and change your focus from instead of "gaining a sale" to gaining a client through quality service! My daughters BIRTHDAY turned out lovely THANKS TO BEAUTY MATTERS IN CT!!! Good luck to "Dream Nails" Tygervalley, although u should SERIOUSLY consider a name change! NOTE: i am not interested in feedback!!!
