These peoples service is not viable and it's not what they explained to me when they started. I asked them several times to stop debiting my account. We have a joint account with my husband and I cannot account for what this is. They promised to stop, but they have not and this is now interfering with my marriage, it's destroying my marriage.

Can they just stick to what they promised, which is to stop taking money that they do not deserve
