I won't get help as their bosses

I was caught in trafffic fetching my cak and I only got there at 17:04 while dey close at 17:00 as they remote gate opens you are met by rude stares of employees, with eyes asking you why u late. Any I asked that they help me get a cake for my son's bday tonight and they responded by saying they will not help they closed and that management is unappreciating of their hardwork and that they are mistreated so they won't do the company a favour. WHAT? I am just a customer who just needed empathy and assistance, I paid full for my cake, being so loyal I moved from PTA to Kempton park and I still order throught them this is the thanks I get. I was late but the excuse for not helping really makes my blood boil. Me and my company will not do any order or blog or for that fact promote their company.sis I am done. I paid in full and I now regret it
