Handle employees with no respect

I used to work for the above mentioned company and my wife resigned after more than one year. the MD of the company doesnt want to give training but he want the job perfectly done as he want it. if it is not going to his mean he shouts at you as if you are some kind of animal. he change his mind about how the job is supposed to be done every day and when youy try to get advise he is always too busy. he had 4 meachanics in the 2013 year. the resign because he chase up everyones stress level. he changes the job discription as it suits him but pay an admin clerk 2500pm. when he tries to work you out of the company he frames you by setting the other people up to check up and find anything wrong. no one gets gratitude for extra effort.
