Phumlani Funeral Undertakers
Understaker refuse to provide full burial service

My granny has been paying masakhane society through phumlani funeral undertakers for 12 years, r100.now she has passed away 2 days back and theya re advising that out of the money she was paying they are not providing full burial service but can issuie coffin, family car and hearse not the tent, chairs, tables and transport.which we dont understand why. we have tried to speak to them but they are telling us that we were not involved when granny was paying them we should have ask her which is rude to be treated in such a manner for a member who have been loyal for so long.we dont have money to cover other cost that they dont pay for to continue burial.
