Bad attitude & damaged dirty dresses for dry clean

We took two wedding gowns for a dry cleaning at the above laundromat. We were charged a price of R550 per dress. But it since came to our attention that the owner Leigh-Ann welsh charges people the full amount for dry cleaning and then hand washes the dresses with a detergent which is far cheaper than dry cleaning to make a bigger profit margin. When we complained to Mrs Welsh she admitted that she washed the dresses and not dry cleaned. Mrs Welsh offered me a 10% discount but as a good citizen and a businessman who understands how spiteful some disgruntled employees can be I felt sympathetic for the business owner Mrs Leigh-Ann Welsh and offered to pay the full amount. When we opened the dresses they were really dirty and had lost their whiteness. We phoned the laundromat and to our disappointment and shock Leigh-Ann was very rude and dismissive to us. She told us that she's not going to rewash/ dry clean irrespective of not doing what we initially paid R1100 for. i drove to her Laundromat and infront of her staff who confessed that the dresses were hand washed. Afterwards she told me that she's sick of this new-age. Please be warned against this laundromat.
