Unfriendly obnoxious staff

Firstly I would like to start with a compliment. Your chicken pies and chocolate cakes are amazing. The car guard is friendly..this leads to my complaint..the general serving staff were terribly unfriendly and completely obnoxious. My partner who watches your reality show was so excited to visit the store but was completely let down by the attitude and almost disinterest of the staff. The reality about having and being on a reality tv program is that you are going to attract clients who would obviously want their questions or impressions to be received with friendliness and a touch of politeness. Both of which cost you absolutely nothing. Your staff need a gentle reminder as to who is actually paying their salaries. It is us your customers and your viewers. Our experience at charlys was nothing short of absolutely disappointing. Your staff really need a course in basic customer service. Once again your cakes etc were fabulous and the only happy person was your wonderful car guard. I doubt we will be visiting your store on our next trip to Cape Town.
