I'm hoping to have this resolved this time... even though I'm convinced that it will be pointless.

When you buy a bed and request that the max weight should be 160kg per side, do people think your joking and mean 160kg in total?
O yes, and their "inspectors" will not accommodate their clients to see them at a time when it is comfortable for the client!! What absolute nonsense!!!

Please can somebody who has some pride in their work and the company they work for contact me URGENTLY!
