The YELLOW BODIED Pens Don't WORK

I love BIC's yellow pens - have used them since I was at school - so that makes it almost 4 decades. I buy them in bulk: but lately 2 out of every packet don't work. The packs of six - 'buy 6 get 2 that don't work free", the packs of 4: "buy 4 get 2 that don't work"... you get the picture. I have tried writing to their head office via their website - only to have the emails returned, and posted twice on their facebook - only to have the posts deleted. Mentioned it to my mother yesterday - she uses them too - same thing ... "they don't work." And decided we'd wasted enough money between us. So here I am asking - what's up with this nonsense Bic?
