SPCA OFFICER KILLING FARMERS SICK STUD COW

A extremely young man named Jaco Pieterse claiming to be a SPCA Inspector, arrived with his male friend Alewyn Marais who made a reservation for accommodation at a B&B in Kroonstad on a farm. Mr Pieterse was NOT ON DUTY nor a guest.
On arrival Friday afternoon after working hours Mr Pieterse got out of the car and assaulted and threatened the farmer with a very bad attitude that he have the right to throw him in jail and see him in court on Monday. He assaulted the farmer lying to him, also of cruelty to animals.
The Owner of the Stud Jersey herd was not present as it was after milking session.
There was a sick cow worth MINIMUM R8000 on which every farmer would spend R12000 to recover the animal. Cows get sick, that is why they are in their own camps, away from the other receiving special feed and medication and care to recover. As a 'inspector' Mr Pieterse did not respect or obeyed the law in perforning his duties. He presented NO ID document. It was NOT his jurisdiction area. There were NO SAP member OR Vet or local SPCA Manager present. No documents to kill-he just killed the cow on the spot. Double standards of SPCA or incompetancy? SPCA head office choose not to comment!!
