Tshono Day Spa - What a rip off!

My friend and I booked a half day spa package at this establishment. What we had hoped would be a relaxing afternoon turned out not to be so. When we got ready for our full body massage, we realised that the music was too loud. We requested that they turn it down whereupon we were informed that it does not go any lower. When we did manicures and made a selection of nail polish, they were finished or too little in the bottle; making a mess. Their products are all from Clicks! The 'lunch' turned out to be 3 lettuce leaves and dry chicken thighs. As we were having juice one of the staff came in to take the juice so she could give it to other customers! One liter of juice for all the patrons at the spa! We protested. Clare then told us to leave as our time was up! She argued with us and would not accept any responsibility for the bad service and false advertising. It had taken our white collegue making a reservation for us to even get the reservation because Clare had said it was full until January 2014! as well! She said we would forfeit our voucher if we did not take leave from work and come to the spa during the week. I would not recommend this spa to anyone. Shocking!
