I REALLY IN A BAD STATE DEALING WITH Ann Marie does not help me, I cannot just pay the amount I have no idea where is it from, she is telling me that I have two accounts which is not true I really dont know if you change the surname make a person to have two accounts, interesting part it shows same amount on both accounts and payments, I think its about two years now she s not sorting this out, I dealt also with KUKI before she left the company anyway she reffred me to ANN, I asked them to analyse these two statement but toold to pay,

I really need help on this, I took this account from MORE THAN R30 000, left with r500.00 now told to pay R1800 FOR LEGAL SERVICES WHICH i DONT EXPECT ANY LEGAL AMOUNT IF THIS WAS SORTED OUT, tHEY MUST STOP SENDING ME SMS S
