Hairdresser more interested in phone than custome

I went for a Haircut at Barber SA and when i got there, there was only 1 person working there, wich wasn't such a bad problem for me it was quiet. So when she finaly was done talking to her previous customer she told me to go sit in the chair. So I did, just as she wanted to start working on my haircut her phone rang and she first turned around to answer her phone. Leaving me in the chair waiting. After 5minutes of her on the phone she finaly got back to me. She asked me how i wanted to get my cut done and i told her just a smal trim around the ears and neck. Than she asked me "should I use siccors or the electrical shaver? " I told her I don't kow I'm the customet she's supose to know. After my haircut she didn't just trim but cutted off all of my hair! If thats not gonna get fixed I will never use their service again it the second time it happened to me, thats why i'm using Hellopeter.com now.
