I purchase Rollei Action Cam 8 August 2013 from AMID Bike Show
While on way back from a ride 3 August 2013, I had the camera attached to my bike, with the protective housing and mount. To my shock and horror I looked down to find the camera had "broken" off from the mount. I contacted the supplier Mark Dilchert [Email Removed] and advise him of my experience requesting him to investigate. He answered one of mails and ignored there after. I then went mailed the head of Rollei in Germany. Their reply according to them "we must assume that the camera was not mounted and secured properly which has led to the loss of the device. mounting the camera, vibrations etc. can cause the camera to turn lose and dismount itself."
How can you make assumptions that the casing was secured, and if the casting can vibrate off a motorcycle then your product is faulty.
