SALES PERSON UNINFORMED RE PRODUCT

I ordered new Volkswagen Beetle from VW Paarl, the sales persons upon my request for automatic said it is not available and if they do become available will not be imported to South Africa.
In 2013 I discovered a automatic at another dealer.
When I asked them they offered to order me a automatic and they will fit the navigation system as after sales extra as they have done it before. Upon arrival I had to pay vehicle in full before it could be registered, I paid cash.
I was told 10 days later before I left for overseas congress they have to order fibre optic cables for the installation and that car would be ready on my return.
I phoned them today, to be told that they can not fit the navigation system and if I would like to go ahead with the sale they would refund me the cost of the navigation system.
This sale has just gone from bad to worse.
Do you think I am being unreasonable for being upset, this vehicle is one of the top VW products. I have a 2000 Beetle with 120 000.00 km
VW South Africa and VW International should take a tuffer stance on dealers not giving honest good service, I want to cancel this sale, get my money back and order a car from another dealer.
