Unprofessional Behaviour, and no Apology!

I applied for a job through this recruitment agency.

Unfortunately I had to reschedule it to the next day, as I had to attend a meeting for my current employer.

Desmaine emailed me back that I can let her know what time suites me, any time between 8am and 12am the morning. I confirmed for 11...

The next day, paperwork in hand I start to prepare for my interview. An hour before I decide to quickly check my email before I leave... To my dismay I receive the following email in my inbox:

"Hi

Die events coordinator pos is nie meer beskikbaar nie. ons sal jou laat weet van toekomstige poste.

Sterkte.

Desmaine"

I really do not mind that the post is not available anymore, but could Desmaine not have had some common courtesy to at least phone me? And to email an hour and a half before the interview, and LUCKILY I checked my email... Totally unprofessional! And then I call her boss, she makes me understand that they interview the top 3 candidates whom they then send/recommend to the employer... Thank You for NOT interviewing me! I hardly feel that you handled the situation fair, or professionally.

I did not even get a decent apology from the owner, merely a know it all attitude!
