I received an email from zenith recruitment stating that I am shortlisted for a possible job as I am looking for employment. The email came with two attachments a questionnaire and a letter, The latter included a recruitment fee that had to be paid three working days before my application could be sent to the prospective employer.. Is it legally correct for the recruitment agency to charged a recruitment fee (R365) /.
