Stay away from Biddulphs Cape Town

On the 26th of June, I got Biddulphs Cape Town to come and move my house contents into their storage facility.

They were to pack everything as well, except that they arrived without buff tape and this some of the boxes were left open and not taped closed.
No inventory was taken, and they did not know that the goods were supposed to go into their storage facility.

I eventually received the inventory list on the 31st of July (a month later), after I spoke to Mr. Mike Gibbons at their head office.

I still do not have either an invoice or quotation for their storage facility.

I do not know how to get a response out of these people. Four times previously, I have had good experiences with Bidduphs, but this is probably the worst customer service I have ever seen.
