Bad end product

Ordered a cake with toppers, toppers had to include "hand tools" of a screwdriver, hammer and wrench. When I collected the cake at 15h00 on Saturday the hammer was a 8cm x 15cm wooden mallet and 15cm wrench from same wooden colour icing. this was only a 35cm cake and had lots of other toppings on. How can you misunderstand hand tools for a wooden mallet? the cake cost R890. Where is the passion?? Won't see me there again.
