Started dealing with Global Visas in April, I have paid the full account for my case, being R25 000. I have only received a redone CV, a poorly done "certificate" and some other copy/paste documents.

After they "assisted" with finding a job, most applications were in different provinces from where I asked them to apply to. Once I asked them to correct this, it continued to be done wrong. I then asked them for a refund as the past 4-5 months have been a waste of time and have got nowhere. They responded that their job is to get a visa, not a job. After they said they would assist me to "live and work" in the country, I was told it was my job to get work in the country and they can only start applying for my visa once a work offer is submitted.

They didn't inform me that, for one the employer in the country had to advertise the job position for more then 3 months, they had to apply to employ me, prove that they couldn't find anybody in their region to employ and it would take anything up to 3 months just for them to make the application.

Now they wont give me a refund, due to "they don't do refunds or guarantee jobs". Paid, no service given, why cant they refund?
