THe transformer is burniing and we've called the customer care center and we were told that the technicians claim to have attended to the matter. My sister is pregnant and I have a 3 month old baby. WHAT THE ARE WE TO DO???!!! Your technicians are liars, I've received countless reference numbers from yesterday (This is the lst reference number received106569641)...
