Fail to deliver to their promises!

I was called and accepted the offer! I was promised delivery in 2 weeks and still no delivery! Looking at all the other complaints it won't happen either! The lady asked me what date would be suitable for the debit order and then just took the money on the date they wanted! I called the call centre and got no answers from them! I want my membership cancelled! I want my money back (the 220) that went through like a champ according to them! I will also cancel the debit order myself so please make sure that its done! And remove my details from your database!
