Purchased a new washing machine for one of my properties, the new washing machine got delivered and the delivery team took the old one (perfect working condition) without any conceit after phoning the branch (took 2 days of constant calls being dropped) they told me its been thrown away and can't do anything, the finally offered me a R200 voucher, after I told them I won't accept it, they said they can't do anything.
