WER Marketing debits account without permission

R and R Marketing has been debiting my account without my permission. I have tried calling them but their number is constantly busy. I just wrote them an email to say they must pay back all moneys which they have deducted from my account. I also would like Stratcol to take some responsibility, they should request some form of proof (e.g. a signed agreement) from their clients prior to debiting our accounts as clearly some of their clients are. This is sad especially in a country where there is so much crime. I want all my money refunded please.
