Customer service is appauling!!!

Customer service is pathetic, the people are rude and condescending. i have spoken to 4 people from avon so far and its shocking. The first one accused me of lying about a delivery she said i signed for, the second lady reprimanded me about being irate and blaming the driver about a package they said i received when i did not, the third male, the driver, calls me using this number, 0873550144, and says i must confirm my address so that he can send my package... this is after i called the call centre twice, only to hear that my package was delivered ages ago and i signed for it. The fourth guy was going aggressive on me, although i explained that it is my first time ordering and i needed to know how much i needed to pay Avon, for asking him about my invoice.

So disappointing, I'm shocked, do you really record these calls??? i mean really, there are so many people out there looking for jobs while unappreciative people are hogging seats they don't want to be in.
