Parcel in transit for 13 days

Been tracking my parcel RA614563728SG
i understand that these things take time but i do not understand how a parcel stays 13 days and counting in Transit?

As far as i understand the word "transit" it means its on the move, going some wear?

So my package has been on the move for 13 days now, and still has not arrived at the next stop?
