Poor service again

In the time span of one week we have had over 11 power failures. Every time the failure lasts at least four hours. We are on a farm and have vaccines for the animals in a fridge. With all the power failures we cannot use these vaccines as they are not viable once they warmed.
This is costing thousands of rands and each time the call centre is contacted we hear the same story: they will send a technician bla bla bla. Why do we pay if we do not receive service?
