Why not specify what I shoulf do

I wanted 2 perfectors and 2 foundations and only got my foundations. Why only put in small print that I should indicate my foundation and not remember to put your perfector code as well? There is no other colour in the perfector range so obviously perfector is being included in ones order. Im loosing as well as my customer. How can I fix this?
