Promise the world deliver nothing and keep deposit

Karebo was meant to come out for phase one to replace all bulbs in my house, i even paid for the dimmer lights. then they said i would be part of phase 2, so i followed up today, phase 2 finished in march, no one bothered to contact me or return my deposit.

They say they will get someone to return my money now after i asked them what was going on...

Pathetic, they must have a lot of people who have forgotten about what they have paid.
