Incorrect tenets advice

1.Oxer's has been were reading the wrong meters for over a year.
2.Once it was brought to your attention in August. Oxer's sent some around to check out the meter and update the tents advice. When finally receiving the tents advice not on the changes were made. As a result we have not been able to bill our tenets. There seems to be an inability to sort this out.
