I give up trying to get hold of these people

I have been trying to contact EMS Sapo for the past few days already regarding my package. I followed it via the USPS website up until in was delivered to EMS on the 9th of October. I got through to someone on number 0119616006 ONCE and they said no problem it would be delivered the following day. That did not happen. When I tried to call back on Friday NO ONE answered on number 0119616006/07/08/09/10/00 and after calling over 10 times I have given up. They are the most useless department I have ever come across. Why is it that the USPS could have everything done within a matter of hours and when my parcel gets to South Africa the EMS sits on it for days on end and when you call you cant get through! I feel like pulling my hair out I am so frustrated with dealing with a bunch of lazy people who cant be bothered to provide efficient service delivery. How am I suppose to track my package when no one ever answers the phone?? I want to know WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHERE MY PACKAGE IS as soon as possible. my ref is CF207844815US and local ref is II284685585ZA . pleeeeeaaaasee help!
