On the first day I received a call and a voice prompt just said press 1, as I thought it was something agent I pressed and next the sms came through saying that I am subscribed to the service and I will be debited 7Rand a day. And I was given this option to opt out (Unsub? sms stop to 43228. Help? 0115074630 (VAS), I did that immediately but I couldn't get feedback. I tried calling them later the same day on the number given but there was no help. I called them again the next day and they've unsubscribed me but on the same day I got an sms which said I have received a picture and to view it I muct click the link. As I was busy at work I clicked the link to receive another sms saying that I've been subscribed to their service again. I called them immediately and they promised thes has removed my number from receiving any sms from them but. After loading the airtime it was debited. When I call the number I've been given by my service provider 0115074650 I'm being given the other number to call which is 0861667746 I tried calling that and the consultant gave me 0115074630 to call. I called the last number ans pressed 1 to unsubscribe and I need to wait 24hrs. What the is that?
