Seeing as I am not getting any help talking to any of the shop assistants face to face, maybe higher management will see this and do something.
I bought a Nine Eagles Bravo III on the 12 Jan13 at the K90 branch and it has given me nothing but problems and not flown properly since I have had it.
When I returned the next day and 6 other times since to complain that there is something wrong with it, the blame was directed straight back at me.
I was at Grand Prix Models again today to try sort something out and once again no one really gave a what I had to say. Mike had a look at the model and found the Receiver Set was faulty, When I told him that the chopper had been giving me problems and not flown since I bought it (thinking maybe a plan might be made, ie replace the broken piece of rubbish I paid for with a NEW one that works properly). the answer i got was "is it hey" and that was the end of the discussion.
I have spent over R500 so far trying to fix this thing and I have now had enough, I don't have enough space here to write down the whole story but if there is someone that "does give a " at Grand Prix Models I would like this sorted out.
