Be Warned!!! Be Warned!!!

These guys are bad news!!! They denied that their storage room has a water leak and as a result caused us thousands in damages. It was clear that there was a leak from the markings on the floor and items on top that was wet but they simply pull up the shoulders.

After numerous unsuccessful attempts to try and find a resolution we consulted a lawyer and it was then that the threats began. They increased our rental and threatened to leave our items on the pavement if we did not sign a new contract - they could not give me the old one - with in 12 hours.
