HORRIBLE SERVICE, PATHETIC PEOPLE SKILLS

I went there to purchase a set of shocks for my car. Needed it desperately and did my research on price. I had R5000 with me. Of the? 7 sales people there, 1 was busy with a customer. The rest were lounging. I stood there for 10 minutes, and decided to leave. Before I left, I approached a woman in an adjacent office and enquired how one would go about getting help here. In mid conversation, the phone rings and she answers on the the first ring with me still trying to explain what just transpired. She ends her conversation and totally ignores me! I then ask her name and leave. Horrible service and absolutely no people skills whatsoever! I will never go back, and being an active car-forums member of about 10 car forums, I will be sure to complain to all my forum buddies, friends and family.
