2months and no equipment or refund

Ordered tattoo supplies about 2months ago but still havnt received anything! they sent my parcel through the chinese postal servce even after I paid a courier fee through DHL which was suppose to be deleiverd to my door, Shane himself promised me a free piece of equipment for the troubles and still havnt received that either...''Shock'', he takes days and days to reply to my mails and even after he promised my refund on the courier I still havnt heard anything. For some reason my little amount of goods were split in 2parcels and now can't even track the 1 at all and the 1 parcel that I can track is just latex gloves??? This has def been the worst customer service iv seen and wouldn't be suprised if the second parcel never arrives, Shanes excuse... They on a national holiday?? Original.
