Being charged for cell "services" not requested

I got an sms to subscribe to talent text. As I was not interested I clicked on the option to "unsubscribe". Silly me. I've logged the query and was told the credit for R384 was done on the 23 but have just found out that it has still not been processed! I "slipped" through the cracks. I sit with a phone I cannot use as my call limit has been reached. Zaparoo is the content provider that has been blamed by [URL Removed] According to Waspa my no was de-registered on the 19 but on the 24 I had another sms/charge from these unsavoury characters. They tell me that by tomorrow the money will be in my account... We will see
