Wedding planning florist disaste

For a start our invitations were horrible compared to the proof we signed off. The paper, printing and frames of the invitations were inconsistent and of bad quality. After a bad attitude and a fight she agreed to redo the invitations.

On the day of the wedding the flower arrangements were embarrassing. Some of the flowers where whilted and others weren't open yet. The bridesmaids arrangements were much smaller than agreed upon. Other decorations that were paid for where not used at all. She was rude on the day to the other service providers and caused unnecessary stress. She also discussed financial issues with other service providers

After all this she still had the audacity to take 90% of our deposit, which is unreasonable given the circumstances.

We were warned from the start not to use Elaine, and should have listened. But she is very persuasive and wants all the money paid in advance and as a result there is no leverage to fall back on when she does not perform. She also bad mouthed her other clients with us.

In general very unprofessional with a bad attitude. Stay away.
